Our Lady of the Rock

Our Lady of the Rocks is one of the two islets off the coast of Perast in the Bay of Kotor, Montenegro (the other being Sveti Đorđe island). It is an artificial island created by bulwark of rocks and by sinking old and seized ships loaded with rocks.

Church of Our Lady of the Rocks (Montenegrin: Gospa od Škrpjela) is the largest building on the islet, and has a museum attached to it. There is also a small gift shop close to the church and a navigation light at the northern end of the islet.

Blue Cave
The geological history of the Blue Cave is believed to be over 5 million years old, and it has undergone a long and complex evolution. Its unique features have played a vital role in the cultural identity of the people of Montenegro. The cave is an important part of the cultural heritage of the region and is steeped in local folklore and legend.
The Blue Cave Kotor is a truly unique destination that boasts many features that make it a must-see natural wonder. The water in the cave is crystal-clear and due to the surrounding rock composition, it creates a beautiful natural aquarium where you can see rocks and sea life on the bottom of the cave.
